- Open to Automotive Parts Store Jobber Counterpeople in 50 United States and the District of Columbia
- Qualifying sales period August 28 through October 31, 2012
- Counterperson will earn $3 per set sold of Wagner ThermoQuiet brake pads (ceramic or semi-metallic) and Wagner ThermoQuiet brake shoes. Wagner Quick Stop and Wagner Severe Duty do not qualify for this promotion.
- Reward will be issued in the form of a Wagner ThermoQuiet Visa prepaid card
- Maximum Wagner ThermoQuiet Visa prepaid card is $300 per Counterperson
- All qualifying product sales entries must be completed online by October 31, 2012.

- At the end of the program period, Federal-Mogul Corporation will automatically validate the sales entries and the participant will be notified of the total reward earned via email

- Allow 6 weeks for delivery of Wagner ThermoQuiet Visa prepaid card following the validation and processing of all sales information at Program Headquarters
- Information is collected for internal purposes only
- Fraudulent submission of multiple requests could result in federal prosecution
- Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law
